Join the Mr. & Ms. Transformation Challenge — a 6-month journey designed to help participants achieve their best physical and mental transformation through guided wellness, expert support, and accountability.

Participants will compete based on overall body transformation, consistency, and commitment — with progress tracked scientifically and visually throughout the contest.

Things to Know

Entry Fee

💲200 per participant
Your entry fee includes:

- Initial lab panel
- Comprehensive consultation with both an ANS Supplement Specialist and Optimize U Provider
- Standardized professional photos (Pre, Monthly, and Final) taken at Optimize U by Dakota DeGraw
- Monthly InBody scans at any Optimize U or ANS location

Contest Timeline

• Duration: 6 Months
• Start Date: December 1st
• End Date: May 15th

Participants will receive scheduled reminders for:
- Monthly check-ins & InBody scans
- Monthly progress photo sessions
- Midpoint evaluation at 3 months
- Final evaluation and photo session at 6 months

Evaluation Criteria

Participants will be judged on:

1. Overall Body Transformation (InBody composition change)

2. Consistency of Effort (attendance, follow-ups, etc.)

3. Lifestyle Commitment (nutrition, fitness, and recovery participation)

4. Final Presentation (before/after comparison under standardized lighting)

Rules &
Requirements

- Must complete initial labs and consultation to qualify.
- Must participate in all monthly InBody scans and photo sessions.
- Photos must be taken by Dakota DeGraw under standardized lighting.
- Any supplementation, nutrition, or wellness programs must be approved by Optimize U or ANS staff.
- Contestants must consent to the use of photos and testimonials for marketing purposes.
