The Next Level is here!

Welcome to the 2026 NPC Indiana Muscle and River City FedEx Expo, held at the beautiful Old National Events Plaza right here in Evansville, Indiana. This year, we're moving the bodybuilding show to the Aiken Theater—a brand-new venue—to provide the authentic experience the bodybuilding competition deserves, giving it the stage it truly merits.

 

A few things we're adding this year are private suites for competitors. Each is an 8x8 space that will be curtained and draped off, complete with a TV, microwave, and mirror. The suites will cost $199, and we'll only have 10 available.

 

Next up is our Coach Incentive Program:

  • If you have three people competing, you instantly become a sponsor with booth space of 6x6.

  • If you have four people competing, you receive a 6x6 booth and a coach's pass.

  • If you have five people competing, you receive a 6x6 booth, a coach's pass, and a one-night stay at the DoubleTree Hotel.

Below is a form to fill out with all of your information to be listed on our website as a bodybuilding and prep coach. We'll take this information and input it into a centralized AI system that will create a listing for you on our website.

Please make sure you fill out the form completely, sign at the bottom, and include a picture of you, your clients, and your logo.

This year, we'll also have first-, second-, and third-place prizes for the best team placings, which will be awarded at the end of finals.

Bodybuilding Coach Listing Disclaimer

RiverCity Fitness Expo & NPC Indiana Muscle

By signing this Disclaimer, the undersigned Bodybuilding Coach (hereinafter referred to as “Coach”) agrees to the following terms and conditions in order to be listed as a recommended or featured coach on the official RiverCity Fitness Expo website, NPC Indiana Muscle website, event promotional materials, social media platforms, or any associated directories (collectively referred to as “the Platforms”).

  1. Independent Contractor Status The Coach acknowledges that they are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venture of RiverCity Fitness Expo, NPC Indiana Muscle, Active Nutrition, OptimizeU, Eric Schmidt Productions, Trevor Baker, Derek Shelton, or any affiliated entities (collectively “Event Organizers”). The Coach has no authority to bind or represent the Event Organizers in any capacity.

  2. No Endorsement or Guarantee Listing on the Platforms does not constitute an endorsement, certification, recommendation, or guarantee by the Event Organizers of the Coach’s qualifications, services, methods, results, or safety. The Event Organizers make no representations or warranties regarding the Coach’s expertise, training protocols, or outcomes achieved by their clients.

  3. Professional Conduct The Coach agrees to conduct themselves and their business in a professional, ethical, and lawful manner at all times, including during the RiverCity Fitness Expo event on May 16, 2026, and in any interactions associated with the event. This includes compliance with all applicable laws, NPC rules, and industry standards.


  4. Assumption of Risk and Liability The Coach understands that bodybuilding preparation and competition involve inherent risks. The Coach agrees to hold harmless, defend, and indemnify the Event Organizers from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from or related to the Coach’s services, advice, training programs, or client outcomes, whether occurring before, during, or after the event.

  5. Accuracy of Information The Coach warrants that all information provided for listing (including credentials, experience, photos, testimonials, contact details, and services offered) is accurate, truthful, and not misleading. The Coach grants the Event Organizers a limited, non-exclusive license to use such materials for promotional purposes related to the event.

  6. Removal from Listing The Event Organizers reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to remove the Coach from any listing on the Platforms at any time and without prior notice if they believe the Coach has violated this agreement, engaged in unprofessional conduct, received credible complaints, or for any other reason.

  7. No Compensation The Coach acknowledges that being listed on the Platforms is provided as a courtesy and does not entitle the Coach to any compensation, payment, or other benefits unless separately agreed upon in writing.

  8. Governing Law This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.

By signing below, the Coach acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Disclaimer.
