Ashley began her personal bodybuilding journey in 2018, earning her IFBB Pro Card in 2021 and actively competing at the Pro level since then. She has been coaching bodybuilding and physique athletes for competitions since 2021, with a foundation as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor dating back to 2008. Her own experiences, including navigating postpartum recovery after her fourth child in 2022 and overcoming a major knee injury in 2024, have shaped her empathetic and resilient approach to coaching.
Ashley's coaching philosophy is realistic, healthy, safe, and manageable, with a strong emphasis on long-term success and athlete longevity in the sport. She meets athletes where they are, customizing plans to fit individual bodies, lifestyles, and goals. Key elements include:

Her 2nd place finish at the 2024 KC Natural Pro, just a year post-injury, exemplifies her commitment to perseverance.
